HRD Corp Claimable (SBL-Khas)Becoming an AI Power User
2-Day Programme for Professionals, Managers and Business Leaders
Beginner course - Levels 1-3 of the AI Power User to AI Orchestrator pathway
Introduction
Most professionals have tried AI casually but never crossed into genuinely working with it. This programme closes that gap using a six-level AI capability model - AI User through to AI Orchestrator - moving participants from Level 1 to Level 3.
Participants build three permanent assets during the two days: a Master Prompt, a System Prompt, and a complete AI Workflow Design.
No prior AI experience required - just a laptop, an account on one major AI platform, and one recurring task they want to automate.
Programme objectives
- 01Assess current AI capability on the six-level model, from AI User to AI Orchestrator
- 02Brief AI using OCACF: Objective, Context, Audience, Constraints, Format
- 03Use the interview loop and the self-check loop to raise output quality
- 04Build and install a Master Prompt so AI knows the participant's role and standards
- 05Document one recurring process as a System Prompt that produces repeatable output
- 06Connect AI safely to workplace sources using a permission model and a trust ladder
- 07Run the executive query: what requires my attention today
- 08Design one workflow on the six-box canvas, with checkpoints set by the money-people-reputation rule
Expected outcomes
For the Organisation
- A shared vocabulary and capability baseline for AI use across teams
- Documented AI processes instead of undocumented individual habits
- Safer AI use through an explicit permission model and trust ladder
- Recurring work identified and prepared for structured AI support
For Practitioners
- A Master Prompt that carries role, context and standards into every session
- A System Prompt for one process they own, reusable from day three onward
- A workflow design with human checkpoints in the right places
- Prompting habits that hold up under review rather than trial and error
For Leaders
- A clear view of where their team sits on the six-level model
- The ability to brief and review AI-assisted work with confidence
- An executive attention query for daily decision support
- Criteria for deciding which work should and should not be delegated to AI

Learning outcomes by module
The AI Capability Shift
- Place yourself on the six-level capability model
- Distinguish casual AI use from working with AI
- Identify one recurring task worth restructuring
Advanced Prompting & Context Engineering
- Brief AI with OCACF rather than one-line requests
- Run the interview loop to surface missing context
- Apply the self-check loop before accepting output
Master Prompt Workshop
- Write a Master Prompt covering role, context and standards
- Install and test it on the participant's own platform
- Revise it against real work output
Master Prompt vs System Prompt
- Tell the two apart and know when each applies
- Document one process as a System Prompt
- Test the process for repeatable output
Connecting AI to Your Organisation
- Apply a permission model to workplace sources
- Use the trust ladder to decide what AI may access
- Practise guided retrieval against real documents
AI Workflow Design Workshop
- Design a workflow on the six-box canvas
- Place human checkpoints using the money-people-reputation rule
- Leave with a workflow ready to run at work
Who should attend
- CEOs, directors and senior executives
- Managers and heads of department
- Analysts, consultants and project managers
